KETERANGAN VIDEO : Designing teaching activity for digital learning and flexibly applying technology tools such as using handphone, computer, Internet, Youtube, Google Meet, recording video, and learning online are becoming a trend during covid 19 pandemic. The teachers and the students need to suit to learn and use digital learning in the 21st century. The results shows the positive effects on learning motivation than traditional teaching does among the students and teachers, It shows better positive effects on learning outcome than traditional teaching does. The learning motivational of the students shows positive effect in their learning process and gain new knowledges through the role play pedagogy.
