In this lesson, I explain the process of defaecation where water and minerals
are absorbed, the concept of a balanced diet, including the experiment of
determining the energy value and the concentration of vitamin C in food and
discuss the health issues related to eating habits, namely gastritis,
anorexia nervosa, bulimia, muscle dysmorphia and pica.
